Appreciating and celebrating what we have, creating endless possibilities, and building on potentials are key processes of positive change in Organization Development. This program is designed for upcoming or current graduates of a bachelor's or master's degree in any field, as well as for individuals interested in consulting, coaching, and facilitating change initiatives for individuals, teams, organizations, and family businesses of second- or third-generation. It also caters to those engaged in social and community work, through strategies /approaches in OD, HRD, HRM, Change Management and related fields.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ADMISSION

Master’s Degree in Organization Development, Business Administration, Management or any related fields from the institution accredited by the Ministry of Education Thailand.

GPA of at least 3.50 on a scale of 4.00 or equivalent.

Minimum five years of work experience in their own fields of specialization or industry.

A complete document that articulates a statement of purpose which are reasons for attending the doctoral program.

Official transcript of the previous university attended both of Bachelor and Master's (1 copy)

Citizen identification card and house registration for Thai Applicants (1 copy)

Passport for Non-Thai applicants (1 copy)

Three (1x1.5 inches) photographs (formal attire, not in graduation gown)

Letter of recommendation from former instructors or employers at the time of the application (2 letters)
Note: All documents must be endorsed with signature and submitted in person within the last day of application period. Otherwise, the application will not be considered and the applicant will not be allowed for the Admission interview.
